maintain rigorous compliance on lease transactions against credit approval, leasing law, and GB Lease Credit Policy Manual, and to ensure documents completion and securities validity, while managing Lease documentation and repayments, monitoring, following up, and reporting any deviations
·Verify all documents required to be executed by customer as per the execution memo to ensure authenticity, proper signatures of authorized signatories, legal enforceability and adequate protection for GB Lease.
·Review and verify that all received N\R from borrowers are complied with execution memo and ensure its accuracy and correctness prior disbursement.
· Follow up with operation department the renewals of insurance policies, and licenses.
· Ensure the contract registration for all borrowers
·Coordinate with treasury department all movements of N\R and bounced cheques’ transactions.
· Monitor and record the movement of all N\Rand bounced cheques in Safe-In-Safe-Out Register.
· Follow up all the post fact conditions after disbursement that required to be fulfilled.
· Maintain solid safekeeping process (that all securities are kept safely in a fireproof cabinet) under dual custody.
